T’s & C’s
|
|
These terms and conditions shall be exclusive to TBSI products and apply to any sale. TBSI will not be bound by any terms and conditions which are different from those found here.
|
|
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, a buyer shall pay TBSI its prices for the goods as communicated in the formal quote and no more than 30 days from receipt of product. Shipping costs are quoted as estimated. Actual shipping must be paid as well as any import or VAT for international customers. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date it is received.

TBSI shall have the sole control and discretion with respect to mode of transportation and routing. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to a buyer at the time TBSI releases the purchased goods to an authorized shipment company. TBSI shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver any goods; if such delay is deemed by statute or otherwise as force majeure. All shipping dates are approximate only. No guarantee of any shipping date is made unless such guarantee and its terms are specifically stated in writing.

Warranty
|
|
All TBSI W-Series, T-Series, S-Series and M-Series (Wireless, Tethered, Stimulator and Mux products respectively) are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of receipt of the goods. TBSI’s obligation in this scenario is limited to repair or replacement of the product without cost to customer, and is at the sole discretion of TBSI whether the product be repaired or replaced. TBSI shall not be responsible for any damage to other equipment not purchased from/or manufactured by TBSI. Any non-TBSI products purchased through TBSI shall be warranted by their manufacturer.

1) TBSI’s warranty is limited to the original buyer and shall be null and void if transfer of ownership occurs for the said goods, unless TBSI is notified in writing at the time of transfer which includes contact information and of new owner.
|
|
2) TBSI’s warranty shall not apply to any product or components thereof which have been proven and subjected to any misuses, neglect or accidental damage. In addition, if any functional problems or defects occur which are attributable to improper use of the product shall void the warranty. Any alterations or repairs made that is not authorized by TBSI shall also void the warranty.

|
3) TBSI’s warranty is strictly for TBSI products without exception and shall not apply to any goods or products or components thereof which are obtained from other manufacturers.
|
|
|
Supplemental Information
|
|
Operating/test environment shall be in accordance to TBSI specifications to qualify for warranty services.
|
1) Environment temperature shall be between the prescribed limits of 60º F (19ºC) and 85º F (29º C). Any operating temperature proven to be outside of this range shall void the warranty.
2) Other manufacturers’ products connected to TBSI equipment that are proven to have been the source of failure will void the warranty.
3) Any purchase from a non-authorized distributor will void warranty.
4) If TBSI product is opened or further damage is inflicted due to unauthorized repair shall void the warranty.

TBSI has sole discretion to refuse warranty if any of the above conditions exist.
